Damon Ultima Fundamentals – Case Studies

In this course we will dive into 10 cases which represent the majority of malocclusion that are treated in daily practice. Each case will be examined from diagnosis, setup, and bracket positioning. Each of the 3-phases will be examined with beautiful records and commentary.

Lastly, the treatment plan and case write-up will be available for download.

• Case Study #1: An 18-year-old male presented with a Class I malocclusion, mild bimaxillary crowding, constricted arch forms, and esthetic limitations related to a reverse smile arc and vertical mandibular growth pattern.
• Case Study #2: A 12-year-old female presented with a Class I malocclusion, moderate-to-severe bimaxillary crowding, constricted arches, and esthetic challenges influenced by anterior vertical discrepancies, open embrasures, and midline deviations.
• Case Study #3: A 17-year-old female presented with a Class I malocclusion, partial anterior and posterior crossbites with a functional shift, mild crowding, and esthetic limitations related to anterior vertical discrepancies, open embrasures, and midline deviation.
• Case Study #4: An 11-year-old female presented with a Class I malocclusion, moderate bimaxillary crowding, constricted arches, and esthetic concerns related to anterior vertical discrepancies, open embrasures, and midline deviations.
• Case Study #5: A 12.5-year-old female presented with a Class II malocclusion, mild maxillary crowding, mandibular spacing, and esthetic challenges related to arch constriction, increased buccal corridors, and lower lip eversion due to overjet.
• Case Study #6: A 13.3-year-old male presented with a Class II malocclusion, mild bimaxillary crowding, a vertical growth pattern, and esthetic concerns related to arch constriction, increased buccal corridors, and slight incisor lingual angulation.
• Case Study #7: A 12.5-year-old female presented with a Class II malocclusion, mild maxillary crowding, mandibular spacing, and esthetic concerns due to arch constriction, increased buccal corridors, and lower lip eversion associated with overjet.
• Case Study #8: A 12.5-year-old male presented with a Class III malocclusion, mild ALD, and esthetic limitations driven by a constricted arch form, edge-to-edge bite, and reduced maxillary incisor display impacting mini-esthetics.
• Case Study #9: A 16.1-year-old female presented with a Class III malocclusion, mild bimaxillary crowding, anterior and posterior crossbites, and esthetic concerns related to reduced maxillary incisor display, negative overjet, and lower lip protrusion.
• Case Study #10: An 11.7-year-old male presented with a Class III subdivision left malocclusion, mild ALD, and esthetic challenges including anterior crossbite, midline deviations, and uneven gingival and tooth heights.
