I had the opportunity to have an in-office visit with Dr. Bicknell and it was very impressive. There were a ton of learning opportunities ranging from patient treatment flow to the high level of staff training. I was very impressed with how smoothly and efficiently Dr. Bicknell worked through the day making sure to allow time to interact with patients and answer questions from parents when needed.

He is a natural teacher who takes the time to talk through his thoughts and processes during a clinic day which is a very difficult task. I also was able to gain a big picture appreciation for the Damon system and the treatment flow that Dr. Bicknell routinely delivers to produce excellent results. Additionally, I want to thank Sarah and Martha who are on Dr. Bicknell’s management team, as they provided great insight into the administrative and management system that has been created at Advanced Orthodontic Specialists.
